Let's be honest EE does not expect a group of like-minded people to discuss their contracts or pre-orders. So let's be honest the majority of people getting annoyed would not even know unless there are threads like this, which is good.

Then you have got Tom, who has had a stressful day. he has taken lots of calls today, lots of customers complaining. he's talking a customer who is clearly agitated and wants answers and won't leave until he gets what he wants.. he then talks to either the person who is sitting next to him or speaks to a supervisor. they tell them to just say "You should expect delivery within (insert made-up date here)" you feel better and hang up. it's not rite but to be honest, i don't blame them.
