Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

There might have been remember we are but a small portion of the customer base that uses forums.

Anyone else getting hounded by EE about the trade-in pack? I’ve received about ten texts saying the same or similar, including two within ten minutes of each other this morning…

Without sounding negative, if your phone isn’t posted today then the earliest you are likely to receive is next Tuesday. The weeks will soon fly by with these limited windows of dispatches. Happy Thursday everyone 😊
how’s everyone feeling about it? Personally I’m completely fed up by the situation. I understand EE are not to blame but lack of communication and mixed messages from CS is shocking customer service. I gave up on the tracking process ages ago

This might be off topic but be very wary with trade in packs. Here’s my 2022 story:
I traded in a 13PM to get the 14PM. I received 2 trade in envelopes in the space of a couple of days. I did all the resetting etc and sent my phone in one. About a week later I got a text saying about £500 would be added to my next bill for not returning. I phoned EE and said I had returned and they check with bright star (or whatever they’re called) and nothing had been received! Thankfully I had kept the post office receipt and could track to show they had received.
basically EE had a note saying my trade in envelope was (for example) 1234 but I had returned in the envelope (for example) 5678. I explained I had received 2 envelopes and after numerous calls and stress, the situation was finally resolved.
that was definitely the long story in a short version but be very wary about using the envelope EE have on their system and ensure you have proof of postage.
EE might be making us wait and we are all frustrated. However, they waste no time in trying to claim money they believe they’re owed!!

Out of interest why do you say if not today then not til next Tuesday, there's the weekend and Monday to go yet!
And EE are to blame - not for stock levels but for complete lack of interest in their customers, for having IT systems that don't work - I mean I can't even track my order online, what kind of amateur website doesn't even show online orders on the online account?? Lack of communication, lack of interest. Fed up!
