Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

EE are very happy to take the money, but when it comes to delivering, it’s everyone else’s fault.

Hi! 

Been reading these replies since pre-order day. 

Has anyone heard anything about the 15 Plus? i haven’t seen anything about that. I did origionally have the iphone 15 pm in white but it was taking so long and my contract runs out on this phone soon so needed to get something quicker. So rang up and changed it to the plus, got promised it would get delivered the next day and shock, they lied! So just wondering if anyone’s had any problems with the plus at all?

Has anyone had there 15 plus delivered or had any problems with it? Or are we in the same boat and everyone who’s ordered the Pro max?

Business page on the website still showing as in stock across all colours/models. Have been telling this this since last Friday and yet it still hasn’t been updated. That’s blatant false advertising and I’ve reported it the ombudsman. Does not take 5 days to update a website! 
they did exactly the same last year!

Just come off the live chat with EE.  Just wanted an update as I ordered PM 256 white on 15th with final confirmation email at 6.30pm the same day, with 0330 number. Tracking not moved since.

just been told that I can expect my phone between 10-15 business day from launch date. So only 3 down with 7-12 to go! So 13th October at the latest apparently.

Yea, I'm a good 60,000 orders in front of you. Would be good for us to collate a list of order numbers (first 6 digits) by phone colour and storage options. We could display then in numerical order and then visualise our positions in the queue.
