iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Does anything show under Bills and payments on the left when you log in to your My EE online?

A lot of us ordered on 15th Sept, so you may be in for a wait

When I go online and click on Bills & Payments it just shows me my bill, when it was paid, when the next one is and then says "Download Bill". It then gives me 4 boxes under Your Account which say "Make a Payment", "Payment History", "Manage Direct Debit" and "Get More Add-Ons". Still nothing regarding any documents.

Hello, this sounds like terms and conditions document… we all have to do it to get our order done. I would call EE and inquire…

I don't have any documents anywhere, but I've called EE several times and never been told anything is outstanding to be done?

Hopefully not too long of a wait! Been reading the thread from a distance from a while now. I don't understand why EE cant add a pre-ordered device to accounts. Every single E-seller does this. I got a 15 PM NT 256 at 21:23 (15/09) got an XKO until I asked about a new tracking number and got an 02 obviously still doesn't provide any info. Will see how it goes but a text or email to update wouldn't be so bad/ difficult.....

Good morning you wonderful lot. So just had my delivery stot from EE for 10:25AM - 11:25AM for my iPhone 15 PM Blue 1TB 🥳

Incidentally my custom graffiti case from France and my phone steady cam are both arriving today also 🤯 

Which is kinda crazy how all that's worked out. Will let you know once I receive my phone but that's for the discussion and keeping eachother updated while we waited for our phones. Hope you get yours soon🤘
