Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Oh sorry mate! I’m sure it’s nothing and just a clerical error! Really didn’t mean to get you worried! If you have your 0033 number and can track your order then you are absolutely fine with your order confirmed.

Hi I’m new here,
is it a good sign if when I go onto the track order page it says “dispatch expected in 24 hours” on the timeline or is that just a general thing?

I’d say that’s a good thing, mine is still stuck on “Order on track”. What phone did you get? We’ve seen blue and black start to go out but none of the NT or white from what I’ve seen.

If it's on the timeline, with a grey circle, it just means when your marker gets to here, then your package is expected to be shipped in 24hrs. If your marker is still at Order Confirmed, then you're in the same boat as everyone else. 😞

All I get is ‘order on track’ but when I ask CS they don’t know when I’ll get my phone. This ‘first come first served’ has got to be LIES!
