Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I just called them

They have no blue in stock as far as the rep was concerned. All of them tell you different things. The inconsistency is legendary

Anyone else received an absolute influx of texts/emails about the trade-in pack? My pack actually arrived today (sans phone) and I haven't had that email telling me that they're awaiting stock. 

Praying this is a good sign, but who knows!

I only enquired about the Pro Max. He said he checked stock and they had plenty. But who knows. 😂 I decided to stick with the black. Not going to change colour just to have it a bit sooner. May as well get what I want for the money I’m spending

My blue 256gb pro max arrived today sent yesterday..

I had its on track etc then got a dpd notification

So I’ve just gone on live chat and spoken to a member of staff called “Garima”. 
They have assured me that they have now taken control of my order and I should receive tracking information from DPD within the next 48 hours. I’ve been putting a bit of pressure on them as I’m due to go on holiday and originally was messed around a lot by EE when putting my preorder through. 
Not going to take their word as gospel, but they mentioned they are getting new stock deliveries everyday. Will believe it when I see an email come through from DPD in 2 days time…
