Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I ordered mine on pre order day 256gb black 15 pro max was told it would be here release date 22nd Sept, booked the day off work as you have to show ID to receive it, never arrived called 150 and was told no idea of a date at all and still waiting confirmation. Have a brand new watch waiting too that I can’t pair with anything. Communication on these have been terrible.

Just received my ‘Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order.’ email.
I’d already received something similar via text just week.

Regular updates from EE to all waiting customers would be ideal. Even if they were to send out one text message every morning just to update everyone with the situation, it would at the very least let people know what’s happening with their order!
Is that too much to ask?

I ordered the iPhone 15 pro max blue on pre order day and was actually told allow 28 days for delivery .

Just got email from EE(not the one I was waiting for)…I think they want me to take out my frustration playing COD instead on them while I will be still waiting for the phone….

Anyone else counting down in hope for a 5pm-6pm notification from DPD? Seems this is the time most people find out their fate for the next 24hrs

Spoke to live chat and they've said no ETA's yet and they said wait for DPD tracking lol!! Upper management giving no updates to the ground staff, I feel for the agents on the phone and online, I can imagine not everyone they encounter are polite!

Spoke with CS. They have plenty of blue in stock. So if colour doesn’t matter to you. You could call and change to blue. Said black (which I ordered) and the other colours have been very popular. Couldn’t give any timescale.

I’ve been getting this everytime I try to track using my mobile number - but when I use my email it seems to work! Can only assume it’s because my current number is not yet associated with the new plan…
