Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

The NTPM seems to be the most popular of this years phones so I’m guessing I’m in for a long wait and I’m hopeless at waiting 😂

anybody else getting an error stating "we are unable to track this order type" error when attempting to track their 033 number via MyEE?

This has been happening to me since the day I ordered on the 15th of Sept. I only got an XKO Number and EE can't/won't give me a 0033 number, got a 02 off them but that doesn't work.

they advised me that it was because the order has been shipped, which is a little weird considering other people can track theirs before they're shipped...

Try swapping what you're using to check...i.e. if you're using email address with no success, try your mobile phone number instead. Or vice versa.

Trust me I've been through the exact same with them, but I get all sorts of explanations, the numbers won't work on EE, they're for DPD (don't work on DPD either), they aren't meant to be tracked on the EE Website/App, they don't know what I have been given at all ,they've never heard of those numbers etc.
I've given up, it turns up when it turns up, just ordered my partner a 15PM Black Titanium 256GB so we'll see if my order from the 15th comes first or his!

I was getting this until today. I did have to call them to ensure that my address was complete (they often miss out the flat number...) and after today's call (4th one!) the order status had updated. Be sure to use your email address, not your phone number on the web form.

I've given this a go with both my mobile number and email address and no orders are showing on my account either. I'm assuming I'm playing the waiting game and I'll be waiting the 28 days after release unfortunately. But thank you for your help
