Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yes… I’ve had two packages and three emails! I just called them and they sorted it out.

I’ve not had the pack. The charge will depend on the contract but it’ll likely be around 500ish

Ordered iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB in White Titanium on Friday 15th at 14:58, and got my xko number. Had to call to confirm, but as the system was down, it wasn't confirmed until Saturday 16th at 11:44, where the operator said I'd get it on release day.
Heard nothing until Friday 22nd when I got the 'your order is on track' text message, and have heard nothing since.
I've been on the live chat with EE this morning to find out what's going on, and I was told:
"I've checked and can see that your order was successfully placed for iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB White Titanium and this is already in the fulfilment stage under permanent order ID 02XXXXXXXX (not the 0033 number I originally got when the order was confirmed).
Please note that due to very limited stock received from Apple for this particular model at this time due to high demand we'll attempt to fulfil the order on a first come first serve basis asap so your order is in the queue for fulfilment, and as soon as this is fulfilled you'll be sent the DPD tracking details and the delivery pin by DPD to your email or phone number so keep an eye on the updates once received."
So I guess I just have to keep waiting and hoping something will come through soon. I'm in no rush, but it's just frustrating being told one thing and then something else happens.

I've been reading this topic for a while now. I ordered a 15PM 256Gb in blue on 15th at 15:50 that was cancelled by EE; I managed to order again at 20:00 but on the 19th I phoned to change the colour to Natural Titanium and got someone who was genuinely trying to help but who subsequently messed up the entire order and cancelled it! They put me through to customer complaints and my order was placed so not sure where I am in the list of “first come first served” but the wait is torture isn’t it lol 😂
I’ve heard nothing except the “passive aggressive stop calling us” (I’m quoting someone’s earlier post - great way of describing it btw!) message that I think we all got.
Is the 0033 number the DPD tracking number?

The 0033 number is EE tracking- if you track with that number and your email address/mobile number on the EE site you can see what's happening.... which if you're like me just says "Order Confirmed" and "Awaiting Confirmation" for delivery lol.

Thanks! I have done that and yeah it just says order confirmed but I just wondered if I was also able to use it on the DPD app (or is that wishful thinking 🤔)

You can't do anything on the DPD app until the phone gets picked up and assigned to you etc unfortunately 😞
Make sure your phone number, email address and delivery address are in your DPD profile, it makes it easier to see if there is parcel activity on the app 🙂
It's important to know the pin that you need to give DPD will only be displayed on the app too 🙂
