Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I doubt it, just got off live chat and was told this:
'I have checked that your order is still in open sales and the expected delivery frame is 28 days.'

Ordered the 15 PM 256GB in Black on the 18th.
Got an email a few mins ago saying “Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order”
In no real rush to get it as still using the 13 PM at the minute. So assuming it’ll probably turn up within that 28 day period.

Email them back saying that due to stock issues they should get their item after 28 days 😂

The funny thing is they’ll soon be on your case if you don’t return your phone on time to them.

hmmm I have had an 0033 number since I preordered and still haven't got it so probably not haha!!!

got this from chat when inquiring about my old contract and transitioning to the new one.
