iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I preordered the Black Pro Max 256gb on Friday 15th around 10pm and called the on the Saturday at 2pm to sort everything out. 
Received this email today. Unsure if I should wait it out or just cancel and switch to sim only and buy the phone straight from Apple. I think the Apple stores have stock.

I do understand the frustration of people not getting these phones, as I am one of those people, and have also complained on here about it,

but looking back when I ordered it said within 14 days when I ordered so I knew what i was signing up for lol, so until that 14 day period is up then I’ll kick a fuss.

i believe there’s also 3 batches of people, first batch being ‘get it for launch’ 2nd within 14 days, and third being within 28 days, I ordered 5pm Friday.

Hopefully it’s here this week though, I’ll give it till Thursday.

The email I got says "usually dispatched within 14 days" which is probably correct.

Yeah I do believe it to be honest, but not sure if it meant 14 days after launch or from the day of ordering?

I spoke to a friend who works at vodaphone and there not getting another batch for 2-3 weeks.

Where does it say on everyone’s order emails the expected delivery timescale? 

I have checked my email and I cannot see anything.

I ordered the Pro Max White on Friday the 15th, confirmed it over the phone at about 1.40pm. I was told I was one of the very early orders and only 4 people had ordered the white ahead of me. Was told I’d get it probably on launch day, or Monday (tomorrow) at the latest. I hadn’t had any order updates until yesterday when I finally got my tracking number. Delivery date is still showing as awaiting confirmation and it hasn’t been sent out yet. I’m really annoyed as I was assured the phone would arrive before go on holiday this week.
