Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

When did you order?

This is also my feeling. I ordered 15PM 256GB Natural Titanium, initial order placed at about 1:40pm on the 15th and then needed to call to finalise the order which was completed at 4:50pm, after which I immediately got all my confirmation emails and 03 number. I got the "your order is on track" text on Thursday and have had nothing since - no emails as people have been receiving since last night. I contacted CS once on Friday and was told that they were expecting to ship more within 5 days of the launch date and was advised to contact them again after 7 days if I heard nothing.

Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I am currently (very) cautiously optimistic that they are at least expecting another batch early next week to be sent out? I guess only time will tell...

Because my version of what is right is the one that people should do. Chill out. It's really not an issue. Nobody on here is special. Nobody is different from everyone else. You'll all get your phone's eventually. Just don't be dicks to the people on the phone, it's not their fault.

I agree people shouldn’t be rude to those on the phone. The problem EE have created for themselves is inconsistent and sometimes incorrect info! Im reading the thread today and someone commented below they spoke to EE on Friday (the same day I did). They were told they are expecting to ship more PM orders out in 5 days time. However I was told they didn't get any stock of Pro or PM! So there’s a contradiction of info we are being told and no one straight answer! This ultimately leads to frustration because some of us are blatantly being lied too, whereby it would make more sense for EE to just say, no stock, waiting on delivery from Apple keep an eye on your order for updates! This inconsistency is fuelling frustration and for the record I don’t condone being rude to someone on the phone but I can see why some are losing their cool being constantly lied too! All EE need to is be consistent and transparent! Not hard really…

My order was confirmed at 17.30 on 15th 

I got my confirmation email at 17.30 on 15th

was on phone from like 17.00 after being told to call back later when I rang at 1pm

This is exactly the reason why people are getting very frustrated. Like you if my advisor was transparent and honest about delivery time - it wouldn't have been an issue. But I waited in all day on the Friday based on what he told me (I even challenged it 3 times referring to previous years issues with delivery times) and he still insisted delivery for release date. As you have to show ID to the courier upon receipt I needed to be home! Lost a day pay and thats what irks me the most that he just blatantly lied and now ill have to take another day off unpaid for whenever it does arrive!

Exactly the same as me, but I got my order confirmation at 21:38 on 15/09. 

Pre ordered a Black 256GB PM on 15th i remember it was quite late as i was not able to make the order go thru at 1PM due to website kept crashing. Had to confirm my details in person the next day because i was on hold for 4 hours
