iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Just spoke to an advisor and long story short they don’t know when they’re getting more stock from Apple, they have no ETA. They’re saying around 28 dispatch time, could be sooner but could also be more, they don’t know. Any that do land they’re being sent out first come first served. I’m annoyed as I haven’t missed a launch day in over 4 years, but, by cancellling it you won’t get one any quicker, every retailer is out of stock. It’s best to just sit tight and wait until your name is called basically.

Just for fun, chat CSs are consistently saying 28 days lead time. I walked in the floor to see if saying any different. Stuff in store said 31 days lead time for pre-order.

Joke aside, just received text for 003 confirmation number  and  tracked showing expected delivery in 24 hrs with awaiting confirmation status.

Exactly. Imagine expecting us to sign a contract with them when they can’t even be honest with us. Sick of the lies!

Yeah people just need to have the Mindset get it by 6th October which is 28 days from pre order day and if we get it sooner great 

it’s impossible to get pro max anywhere else

Im beginning to get the impression this is a major apple mess up not EE. Just saw a tweet reply from John Lewis who are saying Apple are not giving any confirmation for when more stock is being delivered. 

Obviously communication from EE needs to be improved from the mixed messages everyone is getting, but realistically Apple should have anticipated the high demand and actually prepared for this. Or even just give companies an indication as to when they will get further stock.
