Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Didn't put much expectation with status showing within 24 hour delivery.  Set my expectation to 28 days and would make my life a bit easier 😀

Ordered 256GB pro max white on Friday evening 5.00pm and Xko number issued.

Called in Saturday 11.30 to put in order manually and order went through. Confirmation message received on Saturday around 1pm.

I ordered PO day. Had to call back to confirm details or something. Then was told I’d get a call back later. Which they did. Got order confirmed text right away then.
