iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Same here and jus got a message to returns pack is being sent haven’t even got a phone yet hopefully will change for all of us soon

The communication from ee is all over the place. I contacted earlier and they said oh the process of delivery will start tomorrow and you should receive your phone in 5-6 days. I even decided to try speak to an English chap and his response was you’ll get the dpd text overnight.,that  was yesterday lol 

it’ll come when it comes!

Pretty much. When i spoke to EE today around 4pm i was told they never received any iPhones Pro or Pro Max! They are still waiting for Apple to ship! Which doesn’t surprise me as Apple have a tendency to squeeze supply to their partners to ensure their stores have adequate stock! EE couldn't even advise 1; when they would get delivery and 2; when my order will be shipped! £30 credit for next month bill was all they could offer in the form of an apology and to close my complaint. Just a waiting game now i guess but if Apple own delivery times is any indication I'm looking at the middle of November. Bearing in mind I ordered Saturday morning as they opened is crazy. Half tempted to cancel my order but the new phone is cheaper than the 14 Pro Max im currently paying for. So a waiting game it is….

O wow! That is a miracle to say the least! I order mine same time as you 8:30am on the Saturday. After reading most of the messages on here I’ve resided myself to the fact it wont show up till middle of November! Wel see. Glad yours arrived. What’s NT like in hand?

15 PM natural titanium - order confirmation on Sep 15 at 4pm

On hold with DPD, can't speak to anyone,  after "holding" online for 45 minutes the online agent basically said they can't assist me in any meaningful way through the online chat and he/she couldn't even confirm where the parcel is or when I'll receive it.

 All comms from EE and DPD were perfect until yesterday then today nothing... silence.

I think my problem may be more related to DPD than EE unless they're both lying about the the order tracking. Very disappointing experience this year throughout, starting with a 3 hour on-hold phone call on Sep 15 after two online orders failed.

I cancelled my order for a PM 512GB NT this morning after I picked up the same phone from the Apple store.  Once the order was cancelled, I requested for a SIMO 12 month contract with the 20% Perk code transferred over but unfortunately the CSR was not able to do this as the code was showing redeemed 😞

I still like the EE 5G product in my area and I would really like to stay with EE, my contract expires on Oct 1, 2023 so I have until then to find a replacement code or an alternative provider.

Anyone have any spare EE FF or Perk code that I can use?  Please DM me if you can spare me one 😄

Anyone who contacted EE chasing their order noticed how they’re not sending out any feedback texts about your call? Lol. Every time I’ve spoken to EE on the phone they’re quick to send a text straight after for feedback! Clearly they know they done messed up AGAIN this year!

Totally get it & here’s the thing. I expected and was ok with a 14 day wait. Don’t know what happened but all I can say is that there are probably numerous people feeling like they struck it lucky and it didn’t need to be this way. The systems should be fit for purpose. It’s not like this point in the year is a surprise

I got the following text yesterday:

Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

They must be tired of all the complaints lol. I placed my order via the phone on Sunday after trying online and the order not being created on their end with I think a few people had a problem with when pre-ordering. They told me on the phone that I should have my phone on Monday so fingers crossed.

I wouldn’t hold your breath on a delivery Monday. I was told today that it’s a 28 day wait and I had order confirmation on pre-order day with a 030 tracking code. 
The frustration seen on this forum is born out of the inconsistency with the EE messages from CS. It’s either a complete shambles or dishonesty.
