Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I phoned today and my order was stuck in the system iPhone pro Max 15 blue told me up to 28 days but had the tracking email

Hi all.
I ordered on preorder day but late afternoon, said it'd be on release day but obviously missed that.
Spoke to CS yesterday and they said it'd be delivered "by Tuesday latest". I've never had any comms beyond initial order confirmation email.
Anyone had any dispatch emails suggesting a second lot sent out today?

This is ridiculous… half tempted to cancel my order and just buy it from Apple, my contract ends in a few months anyway.

This sounds like a similar situation to me. Did you get an 03 order number that can be tracked? CS said something similar to me that it'd be delivered within the next 5 days with orders being shipped out today, but I've been monitoring this thread all day and don't think I've see a single post saying anyone has received tracking info today, so I'm... dubious, to say the least!

This is what I ended up doing. I used to always go through apple but switched to EE anytime upgrade post iPhone X. This is the first year I’ve had a problem tbf. ended up getting a pickup slot for today when the launch day stock went live at 6am this morning on the Apple Store (not sure if any physical stores have any stock now). So just on hold (also whoever added the song that goes “I’m tired of waiting” to the hold music playlist, I hope this was on purpose) to cancel my order (15 PM Nat 512) now I have the new phone. Probably just going to get a sim only after this contract ends and then deal with apple going forward as the comms for this launch have been terrible and it ends up cheaper anyway 🤷

I have an EE tracking number but I get the following message:
Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.
At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device. Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.
If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or device, or an EE SIM Only, your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.
