Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I know it seems petty,  but who is interested in signing a petition asking Trading Standards to investigate EEs pre-order process. 

it’s the ONLY THING WE CAN DO to hope that next time is better. They make billions in profit a year, don’t feel sorry for them. 

they won’t improve service without pressure.m

Just been on the phone to a lovely lady regarding delivery etc, she does seem to know exactly what was going on which is reassuring,

She said 10,000 phones were stocked ready for this, and of course all were sold out, 

she has now told me my phones been picked, but it’s taking both ee and dpd a while to get these phones  dispatched , she also said as I ordered on the Friday I could literally get the text and dpd message at any time, I’m thinking early next week but will see, hope this answers some peoples questions:)

My phone is currently out for delivery with DPD however I've not received any of my usual flurry of texts in regards to my actual plan. 

Is this the same for anyone else who's due to receive the phone today or already has their phone?

Exactly the same for me. DPD will be here in 15 minutes and my plan hasn’t changed. I’m in no rush to get it changed as my new plan is £5 more expensive 😂

@Equil  same boat here, it's the first year my plan doesn't change before delivery, usually I get messages from EE regarding plan, benefits and spend cap... my plan shows as UNKNOW using computer, still showing iPhone 14 Pro Max on the EE App.
But I'm not worried, DPD has my phone as is due to be delivered between 16:01-17:01 so it's fine 😄

I also preordered Friday, first at 1pm and then finally confirmed by 6.30pm with an email confirmation straightaway.
