Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

It's arrived (IPM 256G Black). Enjoy those who are getting them today and seriously feel for those being messed around. As many have said, seems to be an annual event but this year very much worse. Hope it all gets fixed soon.

As a heads up, my plan changed online yesterday but I’ve had no notifications from EE at all other than the XKO reference. I’m in the city today so popped into the EE store as I had it set for store collection and it’s actually sitting here! So if you’ve got store collection and your plan has changed, have a check with the store, they could have it!

So do they not send a text or anything confirming it’s available for pick up? I’m planning on popping in on my lunch but no idea if it’s there yet. Tracking still just says dispatched.

I've had the opposite. My plan hasn't changed and my PM 512GB Blue is coming today between 1 and 2. I'm bracing myself for the influx of EE texts!

I got in contact with the live chat who then gave me my tracking number, as I'd received no updates at all,  then got a text from DPD instantly, it's all very odd. No hour slot though just 7am - 10pm. Plan has changed and seems okay at the moment

So no iPhone 15 pro Max 1TB Blue for me today! But you know what? That's okay! As by the time it does turn upy case would of arrived from France and my steady cam and animorphic lense should be here also. Yes it's a bummer and I'm gutted it's not here today but at-least with this little delay I will have everything here ready for the phones arrival. People who get the phone today enjoy and know I'm envious hahaha. But I guess it's my fault for ordering a 1TB as my friend at Apple just told me it's the phone they always have and make the least of.

Hey, what do you mean your plan changed? My delivery is going to my local store but I've had nothing from DPD. This is in the West Mids btw.

It’s not about the phone. It’s about us signing a contract for 2/3 years with a company that is so unorganised their customer services are forced to make up information.
