Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve looked back at emails from previous years of different devices I’ve ordered from EE on release day, and some even come at around 9pm at night - don’t lose hope just yet pal. I’m in the same boat as you, different courier batch collections I guess as the day goes by

On the plus side, at least the system knows we've ordered and hasn't lost our orders 😄

I just had the text. What timeframe are they on about? They gave me NOTHING 😀

I’m sorry to say but I think so, as I would imagine if it’s due for delivery tomorrow you would of heard from them by now, but u never know check the DPD app and see if there is any update on there! Hopefully it comes tomorrow ☺️

I’ve had a year that DPD sent me first message late in the evening day before launch date. So don’t lose hope guys. Good luck everyone

Saying that also I have never received an email from them confirming it’s out for delivery or anything, only 1 text and then the information on the DPD app. So keep ur hopes up ladies and gents 🤞🏻

got the same txt Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

the key word is SHOULD be delivered in the timeframe 

unless you get a notification from DPD today you ain’t getting **bleep** so don’t keep your hopes up

So my phone and watch will be delivered tomorrow. 

my wife has just had that text about delivery timescale - should be within 14 days based on what was said on the ordering call. 

So now 14 days of misery for me as she will be waiting on her phone and stealing mine for photography. This is potentially the worse case scenario for me.
