iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Let's remember, you can't trust everything you read on the internet either.. 

Half the comments made on here could be absolute garbage and EE "might" have never said any of it. It's a minefield these days 😁

I’ve just had a txt saying:

Hi from EE. We just want to let you know that everything is on track with your order for your iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it should be delivered in the timeframe you were given when you placed your order. We are working hard to get your iPhone 15 Pro Max to you as soon as possible, and there is no need to call us to get an update on its progress. We will be in touch with further updates before we despatch your phone.

so I guess that means I’m not getting it launch day as I was told I would.

I’ve not had a text either, preordered on Friday by 2 o’clock got DPD for 15 pro nothing for my pro max 256 black

just received a message from ee;

I wouldn't worry about these texts. I have got one but just feels like an automated way to say "stop calling, we're busy enough and we have no more information".

The text itself just says you'll get it when you were promised and none of the promises have meant anything so far, I've heard 3 different dates from 3 different advisors!

I’ve just had the same message and it’s very passive aggressive on EE’s part. 
If they hadn’t have messed me around from the start, I would listen, but since I’ve been messed around so much they can expect a call from me everyday until I get my phone.

No good saying it'll be delivered when promised when I was promised tomorrow!

Just received the text too. Hilarious for them to say it'll be delivered in the timeframe I was given when I placed the order, when I was told it'll be delivered on launch day! 🙃
