Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’m furious and feel like hitting my head against a wall with EE, I’ve got nothing from them. However, I do have my parcel in my dpd app so this is great news… being delivered to my old address… when I placed the order I changed the delivery address as I’ve moved, changed it for everything. Because I was worried this would happen I rang up to double check and they reassured me that it was changed over. I’m so blummin lucky that it’s my mother’s address. She lives not to far away but how will she get my order if I’m not there 🫣 and advice appreciated

I should have said, order confirmed on Friday at 2:07 with a 003 and just received the text from DPD

Nothing on my watch yet I ordered on the 14 they said yesterday it had been picked so fingers crossed

Looking back, I’m regretting ordering the natural titanium pro max. To think I had it all approved by just after 1pm last Friday, before they called back at 4.40pm to take payment for the delivery after their system crash.
No movement in tracking, not been picked yet (according to CS at 8pm last night), no DPD notification.
