iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Yep mine too! Just had the text. I ordered mine Sunday evening, but it's a 15 Pro not a Pro Max.

@Equil This it's a bit to late to share... but as promised before... got the tracking to dispatched and DPD app with my delivery and PIN for confirmation.

Any update on yours?

Ordered 2 x iPhone 15 PRO 246GB and 512GB both titanium blue. Order placed Tuesday 5.30pm. I’ve just had a text from DPD with a secure pin to give to my delivery driver. Looks like I’ll get both devices tomorrow 🤞

I ordered a 15 pro max 256gb in black on Friday afternoon. I have a thank you for your order email but nothing else and I was told it would be with me on release day.

 If it helps anyone, ordered online 15 Pro Max 512 Natural Titanium on Friday 15th, got email at 12:57 confirming receipt, asked to call.

Called and couldn’t sort phone order due to systems error, but ordered Watch Ultra 2 over the phone with email confirmation 13:25.

Called back again regards phone and on hold for 2hrs, finally got order placed email confirmation 17:08 same day.

No updates to EE tracker and in my experience with mobile orders is that it shouldn’t really exist. Ive had devices delivered before the EE ‘tracker’ (if you can call it that) updated, going back to the IPhone X.

Just had 2x notifications through DPD App however, one showing collected, one saying expecting parcel shortly.

Hope that may just give insight to anyone.

I never bother chasing EE these days, I just place the order and forget about it until it arrives, easiest way and least stressful!

Same i went for 15 pro 512 in blue. 

my plan cost actually went down this year and with my perks code i save monthly!  So win win new phone no cost and cheaper monthly payment 🙂

Same as me, no email telling me to call, no tracking number or anything.

I’ve got the DPD update but nothing else. No update to the app, emails, texts. I imagine it’s the watch but that’s not showing anywhere either.

Let’s see what turns up!!
