iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Today is the day for tracking hopefully I have had tracking with dpd for my sky order so will definitely have the pro max tomz either way good luck all

Yes good luck to you all. Would you say it's fair to say if we have not had tracking updated and still in the awaiting confirmation we will miss delivery tomorrow? Thanks

My tracking still says “awaiting confirmation” and I’ve had no update or anything from DPD, so I presume it’s not going to arrive tomorrow.

Really, really poor from EE — I had three separate advisors confirm it’d be with me on launch day, and to make those with Anytime Upgrade go through that ordeal isn’t the way loyal customers should be treated.

Yea agreed, I ordered on Tuesday so abit later than most but I was told it would be with me on release day and the site still said to delivered on Friday. I did order the 15 pro as well

My contract just updated to the new one I had chosen for the iPhone 15 PM and received a bunch of texts from EE confirming the change. Still does not mention the new device nor is it trackable yet.
