iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Literally just came opff the phone with an EE CSA. (20/09/2023 8:56pm). They said they're not sure how some of us here in the EE community who pre ordered the 15 PMx have been told that their orders have been 'PICKED', or 'Allocated'. She said even on Apples website, they're now only launching the 15, and 15 Pro. NOT the 15PM, or 15+. That these higher end models are being launched later. 😣

Another misleading information from EE CSR, Apple will release ProMax phone on launch day (September 22).  Both delivery and collection from stores.

This is an absolute lie from EE. My boyfriend has preordered the iPhone 15 PM from Sky mobile and he’s received confirmation that it’s going to be delivered on Friday. So not sure what EE CS is doing tbh

Well I know I'm not getting the Pro Max this weekend or this month for that matter, as the pre payment that was sat on my bill, putting it in credit has only been taken off today, so I'm probably going to get mine at the end of October 😄 

At least chat said that I had a 02 number now 🙄

i still have credit on my bill, i dont think that has anything too do with when you will receive it. mine was an early upgrade charge though and it isnt pending on my credit card it has been processed
