iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

The phones were made available on their website at 11:50. Multiple people have stated that here.

pre ordered online on 15th got my xko, directed to call, couldn’t get through. called Saturday morning was on the phone for over an hour with the CS agent before being told it had all gone through. received nothing on email or text. just phoned them up and the order had not gone through!!! all sorted now with an 03 number but who knows when it’s going to ship, CS agent implied 24 hours but I find that hard to believe, natural titanium pro max.

I've seen people say available from 12:50 which is 10 minutes earlier. Not seen anyone say as early as 11:50. Systems where down at that time and didn't reboot until the planned opening time of 1pm. Obviously, if you managed to get it at that time fair play, alot of weird things where happening that day between the site, phone lines, customer services and customers. Just seems fairly extreme over 1 hour early.

Mine hasn't changed to Dispatch expected yet but the website was still saying delivery on release day up (same as I was told on the phone when I ordered on Sunday) until at least yesterday afternoon, so I assume they're just making their way through orders in the order they came in and it should still be here on Friday.

😂😂I got really envious then. Either way you managed to get it sorted early than almost everyone so 🤞you should be the first to get it hopefully on Friday.

Well that’s concerning, same circumstances as me  and all I have had is texts about my trade in pack. I haven’t had chance to call and try get a tracking number rather than the XKO

Mine still says order confirmed and nothing else 

I’m not expecting it to change this week

I hate pestering CS for an update on an order considering my last two Pre-Orders with them were flawless despite the pessimism that usually prevails leading up to the launch date. However, I have just spoken to an online agent and have been reassured that my order was "picked" and I can expect delivery of the product from the 22nd. For context - 15 Pro Max 256gb Natural Titanium. Upgrade anytime. Online order made at 13.12. Instructed to call, so I did and managed to get through after 2 and 1/2 hours. Order confirmed at 15.20.

I guess only time will tell when and if the order turns up. Fingers crossed it does turn up on the launch date (as it has for me for the past two anytime upgrade Pre-Orders). No update to the tracking yet but I anticipate there may be some movement later on tonight or tomorrow in the lead up to DPD notifications coming through.
