Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I have had a text message confirming my order placed on Monday but nothing else. I will be new to EE 

I was told on the call that I will receive the phone on Friday but I’ve had no other documents through. Currently have a XKO number, what does this mean please

I have been told my order in not picked yet ordered Friday online but had to call so called back at 8am on Saturday. Anyone had there 15 Pro Max picked yet?

This number is a digital number I believe, a reference for you but is useless, I'm not sure if its supposed to be able to track your order once its despatched, but as of now I haven't found it to work.

I ordered my 15 pro max Friday rang at 1 got finished by 2 email at 2.07 with tracking number was told will get it on release day spoke to them today got told mine has been picked

I spoke to someone on the chat and he said my iPhone max has been picked from the warehouse and then said I should get the phone by 29th September. I think they haven’t got a clue

This is exactly the same with me minus speaking to them today which I’m currently on hold for to find out if mine has been picked. 30 mins on hold and counting, still nothing on the almost 2 hours from Friday.

Apparently mine and the watch has been picked! 
Does that mean they have the devices or is it another step in the process?

Just been in the phone and they said my 15 pro max blue 512gb has been picked so the warehouse have done their bit and I will get it Friday as if the phone had not been picked it would still show as open on their system they said 

Will wait for my DPD app to spring to life now

Mine is a pro max. It’s been picked. I hope it arrives on Friday but who knows. I’ve been told it will but so many are being told different things so who knows. Some on here have even said there are no pro max’s for release day, but that does seem a little bit mad!
