Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I’ve had nothing at all so it’s pretty much nailed on that mine isn’t coming on Friday. Disappointing that I was on the line before 1pm and due to a system fault, I couldn’t pre order there and then.
At the end of the day though, it’s just a phone and it’s not an enormous upgrade over the 14 pro max so I’ll deal with it. I’m more looking forward to the jump from watch series 6 to an ultra 2.

I spoke to a lady on the phone this morning and was told that my order has been picked at the warehouse and that I will receive it on Friday. Not getting my hopes up until I receive a ping from DPD though.

@Equil It's my Xmas time too... but still doesn't make sense just based on LOGIC and common sense.
I like majority of you started my upgrade process Friday at 1pm... manual order to then get a text from 150 order was cancelled, called a few times but call always dropped off, when finally got trough someone this amazing guy was very honest and said "nothing I can do as system is down, I'll call you once anything changes" - I thought... yeah no one will call me.
To my surprise he called me Saturday around 17:45 and managed to process my order.
My original order was for iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 Natural Titanium and he said it's now around 14 days (when he called me) and I then decided to go with 15 Pro 256 Natural Titanium and was told launch day so this coming Friday.
I do this every single year and I stay with EE because I do enjoy the FullWorks plan as I do travel and have Apple One and with my perks discount it's actually cheaper to get trough EE than Apple itself, never ever had issues with upgrade apart from this year, and always got my device on launch day (last year 14 PM 256 Purple).
Calling them and going trough chat won't change a thing, if your order is trough not a single soul there can do anything o speed the process, it's all a waiting game (regardless if you like it or not).
My only grip this year... system issues, EE should really have a list of ANYONE on Anytime upgrade that tried and failed due to THEIR system being down should keep the original order place in the queue but that's not happening...

Can those with a Preorder for a regular 15 Pro keep the thread notified of when your tracking changes to 'Dispatch expected within 24 hours' or when you get a ping from DPD? Because as we know the regular Pro is due for delivery on Friday.
This will serve as an indicator for those of us with a Pro Max preorder to expect our tracking updates.

Thank you Ricardo, It's just so we can set expectations properly.
What it means is - if you (and others with a PRO order) receive a tracking update today or tomorrow, then EE are obviously sending the phones out so therefore those of us with a Pro Max order should also be receiving updates.
However, if it's the opposite where you guys receive updates but us Pro Max folk don't, then we know that what I was told has truth in it.

Hi @Equil .… I hope my post didn’t upset you … certainly wasn’t my intention … and I have no reason to think you have lied.
I still hope the person who informed you is wrong but I have no beef with you personally.
I wlll report back if and when I hear anything about my 15PM.
My BIG issue when the phone doesn’t come on time is that next year my anytime contract ends up being outta sync with Apple leaving me open to a £300+ payment to upgrade early with EE … which is mega annoying when I’m on the phone early on preorder day.

@royzer76 and that’s why I changed mine to Pro so I won’t be out of sync. And from time to time I do enjoy the smaller size so I’m happy about my decision as 3x to 5x is the only difference and I barely use my current 3x on my 14 PM

I see your point and I’d definitely be pointing out what happened come next year. Very unfair to charge you when the delay is down to EE’s systems.
I’ve normally found CS to be very fair in these types of circumstances
