Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Basically with the email u can view updates but click on it don’t work so carnt check the status of order

There should be a “track your order” link highlighted underneath, put in your order number and email (mine doesn’t work with my phone number for some reason) and it should let you track it.

I really don't understand the hostility and outright rude comments I'm receiving from a few people on this thread? 
I understand the information I've provided isn't what anyone wants to hear, but why would I have any reason to lie? 

I'm not a keyboard warrior who just sits here and makes up nonsense to just be proven wrong in the long run. 

I'm telling you guys what I have been told and as far as I know it's not BS. Unless the individual I know has for some reason gone out of his way to lie to me, but I don't see the logic in that? 
I fully understand where some of you are coming from in terms of how unrealistic it is that the UK's largest network (who do also have a somewhat special relationship with Apple) would have ZERO stock of what's likely to be the most popular iPhone model. Even typing it out seems ludicrous, I agree. 

Are you guys forgetting I'm also waiting for my phone too? I'm also just as excited and want it for release day. As someone mentioned here earlier, iPhone launch day is like Christmas. I share that same sentiment. 

But regardless, that's what I've been told. I mentioned it in here in an attempt to help everyone, but instead I've been met with sarcastic remarks and basically called a bulls*****r. Unreal. I'll keep my mouth shut next time, jeez.

I think it’s just everyone wants the phone and wants to believe they ordered before most so they will get it I want it in launch day but I can’t see it that’s why I ordered from two different networks so hopefully one will come no one will know intill tomz

I have ordered mine - tracking is useless as it just says that the system cannot track the order. Come on EE - its 2023 - you can do better...... You got the old unit return bag out to me but how can I send my old phone to you when I have NO IDEA when my new one will be with me...?

Tracking was doing the same to me if I put in my mobile number, but as soon as I put my email instead it works now, worth a try?
