I’ve spoken to a few in CS - the most common answer for the pro max is within 28 days for the blue black and white titanium and more than 28 days for the natural titanium. They always tell me we don’t know what the stock was like when you ordered. When I called on Friday, they said within 14 days for blue black and natural titanium and within 28 for the white. When I called on Sunday this had changed / with the natural titanium on delays.
For those who have ordered the regular 15 and the 15 Pro you are expected delivery this Friday. There may be a delay with the plus as well.
This delay is not EE specific, if you look at Apple now, you won’t get a pro max till November. Also just to mention, those on anytime upgrade like myself were even more severely affected because when the system went down on Friday they couldn’t do the orders as they couldn’t do the trade ins. I’m 100% not expecting it this Friday, also because wirh all the delays I was only able to put an order through on Saturday morning and then changed my mind and ordered a different colour on Sunday lol
We all want our phones on Friday, but there really is thing we can do about it at this point.
