Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I did the online order before 1pm on Friday, but got the "call us" prompt on my initial email. Eventually got through to them and got my email confirmation (with 003 number) on Saturday morning, and was told there and then that I'd be getting it on launch day, even without asking for a delivery estimate.
Asked again today after reading this thread and was told the same - launch day delivery. My tracker says it's confirmed, but no expected delivery date as of yet. Hoping it comes through soon!

Thanks for info mate, did you message them or did you call them up? Fingers crossed a lot of us get it on launch day.

I’ve got my 03 order number, when I try and put it through the tracker it tells me I can’t track this type or order just yet!

Ee are a joke placed my order on Friday received an xko order number had nothing else so i rang ee today first they couldn’t find my order then after being put through to digital sales they say now im not eligible for the deal i chose on the website tried to swap me onto a higher priced plan ended cancelling my order when my contract is up next month im off rip off merchants

Regarding tracking: I could track my order using the 03 order number and my email address, it does not work for me when I use the xko number and it also does not work when I use my mobile number.
i ordered a PM 512GB, order initially entered online Friday but did not get completed until 9am Saturday. Delivery date: awaiting confirmation

I preordered over the phone on the 16th. iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb in Natural Titanium.
The lady I spoke to was lovely and assured me I’d get it the 22nd of September. During the call the 003 order number was emailed to me and it’s marked as ‘pre order confirmed’ but awaiting confirmation of expected delivery.
Hopefully it comes on the 22nd or at least 23rd as I’ve got my current phone due to be sent away to Mazuma and I’ve going overseas shortly.

thought I add my experience for visibility.
Apple Store/barclays partner equally bottled the preorder experience (worse in my humble opinion) and resulted in my getting a refused credit application. To protect my credit score, I opt to just upgrade my sim only contract with EE. Overall got a deal which was the same value as going through Apple directly + the sim only contract (just with an added year but I planned to pay off the phone in full next year).
I completed my upgrade on Saturday afternoon and only received a xko number email. Yesterday I received a text saying dispatch in 1 day + an email with the 003 order number.
Today using the 003 number and my email it shows a tracking timeline. Fingers crossed it lands Friday

Hi RR42 - what model did you order? Just want to see if there’s consistency on when the ProMax can/will be delivered.
