Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

Mine isn’t blank, but it does tell me I only have 70gb remaining out of my unlimited data. So I assume the change is currently happening on my account

I wouldn’t speculate, I’ve had it show bank then later come back. I assume their systems are so strained that sometimes the api call to get your allowances is failing.

Its funny I did think that but it never returns the information on the line I upgraded to the 15 pro max but always returns for all other 5 lines, will keep an eye see if the new contract appears at some point soon.

I ordered my iPhone 15 pro max yesterday over the phone as systems were down.. he told me I’d have to wait at least 30 days lol😂

Just spoke to EE for clarification on release dates due to conflicting information, and was again told my device (Pro Max, 256GB, Natural Titanium) is on track to be delivered on Friday.
I really think it's a waiting game - just keep an eye out for the DPD text. I've got my fingers crossed!

When did you order your 15 PM? as on my tracker it says to be confirmed. What does it say on yours?

Has anyone’s dates changed on the order tracker yet? as mine is still saying to be confirmed. For reference I ordered the blue titanium iPhone 15 pro max, 256 GB.
