iPhone 15 & 15 Pro Preorder Tracking Thread

Hey Guys, 

Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking. 

I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I am still on Xko and only confirmation I have is SMS message. No 003 number or confirmation email.

i have just spoken too customer service about my order that was placed yesterday evening 15 Pro Max 256GB Blue Titanium and have been told too expect delivery between 22nd and 27th hope this helps anyone (:

UPDATE

i honestly don’t think anyone at CS is aware of solid timelines… when I was on the phone earlier the guy said the demand has been off the charts and that no one is getting a Pro Max this Friday on launch day. He said if your ordered a Pro then you’ll get it on Friday for sure. 

This is just one of the many things I’ve been told… I have been told launch day for Pro Max, within 14 days, within 28 days and more than 5 weeks 🫣

Now this issue with preorder and the system going down which happened has never happened before… at least not on the scale it has. 

But based on my past few years… if the order went through on Friday and you had an order confirmed email from EE then you should get it on Launch day but I honestly don’t know this year.

The best way to track honestly is the DPD app… make sure you’re signed up with the DPD app with your correct address and phone number…

my order officially went through at 17.31 on pre order day and was told 3 weeks but will see. I don't think anybody in CS really knows but they give that timeframe just to save people ringing up asking where my phone is lol

Just off the phone with EE…total confusion about when to expect delivery of the 15 Pro Max, but unlikely to be before at least 28 days. I was promised 22/9 when I ordered Saturday morning-couldn’t order Friday as system was down. 

Just did a check on Apple website, and they are offering delivery dates for the 15 Pro Max between 17-24th October. 🤷‍♀️

Anyone else in the boat of only having had the confirmation text message, but no email, or XR / 003 numbers? 

I ordered over the phone on Saturday morning, text came through, no email - Called later in the afternoon, representative said they could see that my order was placed on their end, but couldn't tell me if and when I'd get a confirmation email, and to just wait for DPD's ping next week.
