Hey Guys,
Just wanted to create a separate thread from the Discussion thread to specifically discuss EE Preorder tracking.
I think it's always helpful/reassuring to keep each other updated on the latest when it comes to this time of year, especially with EE's not-so-great track record on keeping customers informed about their preorders.

I spoke already with 4 different cs people and 3 of them says that my iPhone and AW will be delivered to me on 22nd 🙌 but last one told me that AW will be on 22 nd but iphone within 28 days 😂 I think they don’t know when your iphone will be with you but to make sure you won’t be disappointed they telling you what u want to hear to make sure you stay with them and sign contract… I just give up and won’t phone them again… stay calm and wait for DPD info.

My ordering was a nightmare too. I literally called about five times, most of which were an hour or so wait. First couple of times, it was bad news, of their server crash. Last call finally got through with the server half working, but the order was processed. Since the server was not 100%, I only got a text confirmation. I got the text to accept terms and conditions, pay up front cost, and pay for delivery. This was all done successfully, and my confirmation was a text not email, they said it was to do with the server. I questioned why the tracking link was blank, they said it’ll be like that until next Friday when the order can move in terms of the item being ready to ship. Fingers crossed.

There’s been a lot of different information said by reps.
Every order that gets confirmed should have an order number you can use to track on app or website.

Quick question.
Did anyone of you end up upgrading without paying early upgrade fee? (excluding the annual upgrade customers)
I heard people ordered devices online and EE website glitch on Friday & Saturday removed their Early Upgrade Fee and let them order.

I upgraded with a month to go with no upgrade fee and a £30 discount 😜

Thats normal. You can upgrade 45 days early with no fee.

Oh dear! I think this has happened with my watch order then. It went through and the time the £30 watch contribution. I had email of acknowledgement of order but no tracking no. Online chat can’t see order so I bet this hasn’t processed.
yet I have the agreement stating no fee etc and by direct debit details. Money has been taken. I wonder if it’s legally binding or they will just let everyone down. 😞

Have you rung them to check or just hoping someone or system will process the order lol
