I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

So much for pre-order!So annoyed at myself but oh well.

Could it be because I used a credit card to pay the upfront? Surely somebody with a text used a credit card.

I used an Amex as well so I don't think it's that. I keep noticing your posts for some reason and have fingers crossed for you. In previous pre-orders I haven't received any indication of anything until Thursday evening - one time at 9.30pm. There's still hope!

I remember you from previous years! I'm glad to know somebody else used AMEX. I think it's just my bad luck, really upset but what can you do

Come now, there's no need for that. People are excited about this, they pay a lot for it, they bother to do it early etc. It's reasonable to be disappointed - particularly when EE's comms are so terrible.
