I’m trying to get my Apple Watch to be able to use mobile data but it won’t connect just gives me a message saying it can take upto 4 hours but it’s been a day and still nothing

Hi , I got an Apple Watch with my iPhone on a deal and I was wondering how I can find out how much I’ve paid off on the watch?? I don’t use the watch anymore and wish to sell it but don’t want to sell it if I’m still paying for it 

Iphone 12

Just checked my bill and they have charged me for iphone 12 when I haven't used it and waiting for it to go back it's being collected today 

phone turned off wont turn back on

my phone suddenly turned off and now it wont turn back on, it had plenty of charge but i have put it on charge for 10 mins just to check it hadn't suddenly lost all battery and it still wont turn on again, it wasn't dropped etc so i cant see a reason...
