Wi-Fi Calling - Corporate Wifi

We are a large enterprise customer, we have several large sites that that has a weak 4/5G Signal
We have a large wireless network that covers all areas, there reauired IPs are white listed on the firewalls.
The devices we are using are IOS and have the Wifi calling enabled on the contract. and on the phone.
When does wifi calling come in to play?
Does it only work when there is no phone signal or is is avaiable to use even if there is a signal?

Welcome to the community.
If you're connected to WiFI, then WiFi Calling would be preferred over the mobile network.

@Calb69 have you tried putting the device in to airplane mode and then re-enable Wi-Fi on the device. Just to make sure that Wi-Fi calling does enable.
