I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I think all orders are on hold till tomorrow - the messaging will go out tomorrow and Thursday. Pot luck who gets it first.

Want to see if anyone gets any movement in a pro max I ordered literally at 1pm had email confirmation at 13:10 with 002 order ref.

I literally had the same response from chat, nothing about "picked" but on the phone they was so certain I'd get it on Friday...back on the phone again I guess.

Try putting on your mobile number instead of your email address. That worked for me

So I just called EE to check as the order tracker was telling me my order type couldn't be tracked!

Lovely helpful staff as always answered and said "your order is currently being picked at the warehouse but no delivery label raised as yet which means you won't be able to track until this happens. It should be tomorrow you get this info emailed and be able to track and you are down for a Friday delivery"

So fingers crossed, if you have not received an email as yet adn are still not able to track.... there is still hope 😂.
