Hi everybody,
I’ve stumbled across this thread and I’m looking to clear somethings up regarding my 2 IP14 PM orders I made on Friday at about 2:30pm.
I called up for the first time in 15 years to hard ball EE into getting a better deal. I got through to retentions and they cut me a pretty fair deal and while on the phone I received two emails both with a 002 number which I can track through the app with the delivery date status as “awaiting confirmation”. Both emails have a button which says “view updates” but when I click it I get the message “site can’t be reached ip could not be found.
I’ve never heard of an XKO number and I’ve only ever had two different 002 numbers (one for each order). The gent I spoke to on the phone said I’ll receive both phone on launch day.
Basically is anybody in the same boat? I think everything is fine but the email button not working is throwing me off.

Ring them instead of doing online.

I have upgraded to 14 pro max 128 gb around 615pm on 9th, all i had was "Confirmation: Your order's on its way" it didnt give any order number so how do i check the order progress?

Hi guys, this might be a totally irrelevant query- but here it is nonetheless. : When one upgrade’s a device on contract, does the contract carry forward ? Or essentially a new contract kicks in -which means another 24 month cycle ?

could track last year but this year no one wants to give me a number to track on EE order tracker
Only got some useless 02 internal number no XK or 002.

So, just spoke to another advisor online (Sachin - he was amazing) - He confirmed that XKO are order number normally associated with additional line and 002 numbers are normally associated with upgrades. He advised me not to worry about having an XKO number as sometimes they are used for anytime/annual upgrades! Hoping this means I may get my phone on launch day! I did also discuss changing to the 1tb Space Black but there is no guarantee I will get it on launch day even though it is being advertised so I'm going to wait until Thursday night to see if I get anything from DPD - If not Friday I'll be changing if they're still available

I’m wondering what the purpose of the 02 numbers are. I had the XKO immediately after checking out on the 9th, then when I live chatted with them I got the 02 number, but I’ve not had a 001 or 002 which is worrying me.
