I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Spoke again to a sales lady, super helpful! She was able to give me a 002 number but can’t track it still, now it’s just the painful waiting!

Yeah i also got Master Order Number for one of my orders.

Second order she said because my xko number didnt get processed properly and when i rang EE on Friday and they had to process order again for scratch (manually). There will not be a Master Order Number and it got pushed to DPD stage.

Fingers crossed I get both on launch day.

thanks for the reply - phew - I’m glad I’m not the only one! I’ve never pre ordered a phone before so did it know what to expect but I’m glad I’m not on my own with it!

Got a xko no and then a 02 no. Cannot track via both. Is there a separate 002 no as well? This appears to be a rabbit hole to me

It’s pretty rubbish isn’t it that we just have to suss it out ourselves and they don’t really tell us - they aren’t daft as a company so must know more than they let on - I want it on Friday but if my expectation was managed and they told me it was next week I’m ok with that too - it’s the not knowing! 😂
