I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

I ordered on the 12th just checked my tracking 002 number and it says delivery expected between 28th - 30th sep! Not ideal but better than October🤣 might be worth checking

Same here - I ordered on the 12th I just checked my order the expected delivery date is 22nd-24th Sept.

I'm still on on "Awaiting confiramtion", would be nice to have a rough delivery date even if it is like 2 weeks 😭

Just woke up this morning to an expected date of delivery as 28th-30th Sept. Not happy with the service as I’ve probably been told around 4 different times throughout this week. I ordered on Monday at 1pm. 

Been told it can change, it’s just relying on apple to send the stock and make it available for all the orders. I would definitely suggest arguing the inconvenience. It got me some money off my next bill.

Where are you guys getting your expected delivery dates from? Did you order online or over the phone? I’ve got my XK0 number but when I try to track this, it still states that it’s not able to track right now. I ordered on the 9th @ 1317, however order was processed on the 11th @ 1100 so still waiting.

Just been off live chat to an advisor.

 

he said the following:

Harry as the order is at EE warehouse right now you will not be able to track the order once the order is picked by

DPD you will receive order tracking number on your device.

 

think he’s lying cus i only just ordered yesterday PM purple 128GB

Yes mine is now showing 22-24 sept when tracking using the 002 number. The XKO number does not show anything.

I am still complaining like many others, EE processed the online orders 48hours later than any other order method therefore we were put at the back of the queue and delayed.

I know this as I ordered on the 9th but my order confirmation says the 11th!!
