I just spoke to cs the lady checked for me the 14PM 256GB she daid 28 days from the day of order.
btw if you order online, it need a few days to process by a human, and when you have the 002 number that means the order is confirmed.

Same has happened to me. I ordered on release day and expected delivery today. Having heard nothing I chased which was not easy. Discovered my original order had been cancelled and a new order place Kuching me back in the queue. Reading through the threads it appears that there are sorting this for some bit not all including myself a long standing EE customer. £30 gesture was an insult also considering I have paid to retain my existing phone

Yep it’s not ideal. Likewise this was an additional line to the iPhone 12 Pro Max I already have with them. Managed to sort a 15% discount for the direction of the contract. But I still have no idea when I’ll be receiving a phone 🤷🏼♂️

Nothing here either, I thought I might have thrown it away but it was as I suspected, some free magazine thingy.
Last year I had to chase them for it, then when I returned it, they didn't knock the charge off my account, nearly passed out into me weetabix when I got the bill!

I’m happy to leave it for now. Any charges added to my bill when they haven’t even sent the pack out will lead to a complaint

So I’ve just had a text from EE “Hi from EE. Thanks for your recent order. You will receive a Returns Pack within the next few days where you will find all the instructions needed to send back your old device by Oct 1 2022. Remember if you have an Apple device you'll need to disable Find My iPhone to clear all of your device's data before sending it back to us.”
Hoping this means something is happening…
