I just called customer services and it says all our advisors are in a meeting 🤣. I really don’t get this. At the start of the call it says EE has been voted best network 8 years running yet they still take all their advisors off the phone at the same time. What a joke. And when I ordered my phone(iPhone 14 pro max 512gb purple) there was no mention of delivery time. Advisor was like thanks for your order and I had to say before u go can u tell me how many days for delivery. Que awkward silence and then he hit me with 21 days 🤣. Absolute **bleep** show EE. Bet they will still reward themselves best network award next year again. Ps I ordered on 29th sept.

I didn’t get any sort of confirmation for my order and it’s been 2-3 weeks, I had to manual ask them for confirmation and even then they just sent me a text saying my iPhones pro max has been ordered.
im aware they are currently out of stock but a time frame or confirmation email would be nice after paying them £50.

From my many years experience in retails, when all advisors are in a meeting it would usually mean redunandancy! Hoping that is not the case as times are SUPER tough right now, that would put a lot of people out of jobs.
My own issues have continued - can't even track my order as of this afternoon! Now it says "Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet." 🤔

Day 41 (almost 42) of pre-order still nothing. I’ll give EE to day 50 before I ask for refunds for wasting my time and not for-filling obligations and managing expectations. I think you’d all agree 50 days waiting for a iPhone which was ordered on Pre-Order day opening (9th Sept) is totally unacceptable in this day and age. So EE has 9 days to improve their rating and situation coz of now, I’m really not happy or impressed with the “nothing” I’ve had so far.

I’d say anything over the 28 days without communication is outrageous. I don’t blame EE for the lack of availability. I blame them for their total lack of communication and lies. Even a weekly email would be nice to say your order is on track but nope. I’m only on week 3 and getting fed up of it. The delivery window for apple doesn’t seem to be going up much, yet so many people are still waiting. Unless November is when they’ll start to be delivered properly.

Hi Guys!
Just wanted to post an update as yesterday I said I received an update that my iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB in silver that I ordered on the 30th September would be delivered, and I can confirm that I’ve received my device.
I hope that you all receive your devices soon! 🙂
