I spoke to EE earlier. I’m still on an open order meaning they’re still awaiting stock for the pro max DP 256gb. The purple is in excess of 28 days, not 21 like the website says.
This is driving me crazy! Why didn’t they tell me this yesterday. I called now and they said the same about the open order? This is false advertising and false marketing. Give a date range if you don’t know EE!
I know, this is what annoys me. I understand there’s a supply and demand issue which is out of their control but be more transparent with your customers instead of lying. I’ve mentioned it numerous times that their website is wrong but they don’t seem to be bothered
