I’m hoping it is. Tried to call for 40 mins earlier only to be cut off when they closed and live chat won’t show up now 😢
I don’t even mind if it doesn’t come tomorrow (tho I’ll be dissapointed) just would be nice to have a confirmation of it actually being on the way!

So.. I placed my order last Friday (gold pro max 256gb) received the email with an XKO order number on it and had nothing since. Check in live chat mid week and they assured me it had been processed, but still the order tracker shows “we can’t show your order right now”. Received a flurry of texts today saying my new sim? had been despatched, and my plan has changed today on the app, but still no tracking for my actual handset. Surely they can’t start the plan before I actually get the handset? So confused.

Of course mate I’m in the same boat here. Tomorrow I’m not exactly fussed. It’s 14 days I don’t want which some people claim to be their ETA. Am more positive after tonight’s news.

I got so close…soo close. I asked, they said yes. And then they shut me down by saying it was processing etc and I’ll receive another email with a tracking number on. So I don’t even believe it’ll be dispatched tomorrow, watch me be one of the unlucky ones that has to wait 2 weeks now 🙄

I've done annual upgrades for £100 and £98 per month, whereas my friend got three network contracts for only £60 per month despite being an EE customer for 13 years I received no benefits.I expected to receive an email regarding my order, but instead received a text, and when I placed the order through chat advisor, it stated that it would be delivered on September 16th, but I received no tracking information from dpd or any email regarding my order.

Same boat, had all my benefits and add-ins stripped from my account today, annoying of them to do that while still awaiting the new handset to which the new plan relates, 🥺
