Guys stop ringing DPD or EE. It’s still early in the day for your phones to be sent. Last year I didn’t get any messages until very late evening. If you have a DPD tracking number it will be delivered when they say. EE’s systems are slow and might not update to say it’s shipped if you can track it but keep an eye on the dpd app as that will show when it’s been collected etc.
also the cs advisers don’t know much. Talk of second batch or the purple versions are 14 days late etc etc is nonsense. Let them do what they need to do and just wait and be patient. Obviously if they cancelled your order and redone it that’s a different story.
