iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

@jack238 is your DPD app details the same email and mobile number EE holds from you?

you can add multiple emails if you have more than one. And make sure post code matches

I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb on the phone at 11:30am on Saturday 10th. I was told at the time I would be getting the phone on release day.  I  also gave them a call today and they again confirmed I would receive it tomorrow. However my plan has not changed, I have not had any email/text from EE or DPD and no package on the DPD tracking app. I am not very optimistic about receiving it tomorrow but it will be a nice surprise if it does.

@Jonm140 Do you have your DPD tracking number? Obtain it from EE via Live Chat if not. I got mine a few mins ago from them.

It is indeed, all the same, same number, email etc!

You phones need to have been picked and dispatched for that to happen.

Mines is apparently still sitting at open sales order.

OMG literally as soon as I sent that last message I got a notification from DPD.

They said I won’t get a DPD tracking number as I didn’t order online and I did it over the phone - I’m hoping if people are getting there’s later now I’m gonna get the same but who knows. I may try live chat again
