iPhone 14 and 14 Pro Preorder tracking thread

I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

When I did order around 13:20 Friday, I did an early upgrade and ordered the phone for the 16th as the advisor said numerous times.

I did receive an email “Confirmation: Your Order is on its way” however there was no number on there just my EE Account number.

Eventually 150 gave me an 02 number which has never tracked.

Yes my Plan is broken on EE Website and App as it states “Try again later”.

I did phone a few times after and everyone confirmed the order has gone through.

Well that’s where I’m at, gonna wait tomorrow for a plan change text and DPD notification. 

If it doesn’t come then the executive team are going to get a right earache as this happens too often.

I did ring EE who gave me the order number and said will still arrive Friday

Like for like same situation as me although I’ll admit that I tried to go via the apple upgrade programme but their system was shambolic and wouldn’t allow me to sign up to that or Barclays pay monthly option. 
I ended up calling EE around 4pm that afternoon after I realised I could get a good deal with my discount. 

I called once to get an order number because all I had was account number in email - does not allow me to track it. 

No emails or texts from EE or DPD

EE app says can’t show full details of your plan

i managed to get my £300 waived as my fee free update day was 22/10.

might be worth giving them a call?

They did waive the £300 early upgrade cost, but not the £330 upfront cost.  It is what it is.

Preordered a Pro Max 128gb Space Black on Friday at about 2pm. 

Has anyone had there pro max's move along from 'order confirmed' yet? 

Im starting to get worried I wont receive mine for Friday 😕

It breaks when you upgrade because it changes your plan, it's expected behaviour no? Mine worked until Saturday morning

So far I've only seen one post saying it has moved. Everyone else is still in the same boat. Don't worry, I'm sure things will start moving faster from later this evening/tomorrow

I wouldn't expect any movement with DPD today, they are generally next day so if it was sent to them today you would get it tomorrow and I dont think Apple would be too pleased about that.

Just got all my EE text messages through and my plan has changed on the app. It must be go time! No DPD notification yet tho so still can’t actually track the order
