I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

Have you tried phoning 150 just to double check it's added onto your account??

Can't see why it wouldn't, EE rang me earlier and confirmed the order, mentioned it would be put on the DPD service and be delivered Friday. I guess as others have mentioned, their EE accounts aren't showing it currently.

In my defence, I was ordering an Apple Watch Ultra (Green one's are still in stock as) and enquired about my upgrade! 

I don't think any amount of calling is going to help finding out if it's going to be delivered Friday or not.

It's just the case of waiting and hoping 🙂

I still never got my text with my 'awaiting' tracking info like I get every time, except for my 8 plus, but four different people have confirmed to me that it's ordered. My EE account seems to be in the process of being upgraded. Hoping I get word from EE and DPD tomorrow ahead of Friday.

According to EE at the moment, my plan is £0 a month with no start/end date and I can't upgrade my device. This is a good sign.

I wouldn't rely on the mobile plan in the EE app to show it's on the way as that has been broken from the moment I preordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max on the 9th. Just shows as "Something went wrong - please try again"

No EE texts and no DPD app updates yet either and my order tracking still shows as "Awaiting confirmation"

I don't think any of us have spammed EE 150! I literally called once as some people have emails some (myself inc) do not, some have DPD texts some do not! 

It was for simple clarification

Not sure which two people think your comment is helpful but I just think its rude!
