I've done this a few times and thought it would be bad to break tradition, so wanted to create a thread for people to discuss their preorders etc as we all wait for our new iPhones.

This happens every year to me lol.

Placed two upgrade pre orders online. One standard upgrade and one early upgrade.

Received email for both upgrades with xko number. Rang EE after an hour or so and was informed early upgrade order came through and the other upgrade not showing on account lol.

Gave the xko number and after little bit of digging they found the order stuck (god knows where lol). Advisor pulled up the details and processed the order over the phone and yes i had to pay upfront fee again. So got two pending charges hopefully one will drop off.

Spoke with EE chat CS yesterday and they texted me the 02 numbers for pre orders but i still cant track them. 

This happens to me every year lol

Have you tried using the email address and mobile number with the reference number?

Same issue for me, received 02 num cannot track tried everything.

Once the order has been dispatched @Dan_W you will get tracking information from DPD.

I’ve phoned this morning again to make sure, lovely lady confirmed my order it’s due for Friday and don’t worry about not receiving further updates yet as they’ll send out once the phone leaves the warehouse Thursday, so looking at the other posts not sure what to think anymore.

I don’t mean the DPD tracking number. I mean the 001 or 002 number that some others on this thread have received

Tracking number without letters should be the DPD tracking number from what I gather.

Got confirmation today I maybe need to teach. Myself patience unfortunately where new toys especially the iPhone I have none lol
