My £100 is still showing as pending but another poster earlier mentioned there’s was settled but they received a £100 credit on their account. I’m keeping an eye on mine as cs told me they are refunding me the £100.
also guys it’s all been said before, cs can’t promise you will get your phones on launch day as they are at the mercy of what apple have allocated to them. Come Thursday people will start getting movement on their orders and dpd emails/texts. As I mentioned the other day I believe the xko is an order number but the 002 numbers are EE accepting and confirming that. I have known it to happen that you don’t get sent the 002 number and you will receive dpd tracking info once it ships. Remember iPhone launch day covers all mobile networks, big named stores like John Lewis etc not to mention the huge amount of orders apple gets direct. It’s a huge huge logistical system but unfortunately errors do happen.
